Quality Assurance
In 2004 ETGAR was approved for ISO-9001-2000. Production is according to
MIL-STD-105 and sandblast and passivation are carried out according to QQ-P-35.
ETGARLtd maintains a stringent quality assurance program for all manufactured parts. Quality assurance is consistent throughout all phases of production, from the inspection of raw materials to the end product final examination.
The company’s manufactured parts are quality checked and tested throughout manufacturing by the production workers themselves and the production manager, followed by tests by quality assurance supervisor and the company’s quality assurance manager.
Before packaging, the parts undergo 100% visual inspection and sample testing by quality assurance personnel.
ETGAR's products are reputably of the highest quality, precision and finish. Our customers are all satisfied customers. Parts which have been delivered have never been returned on grounds of unsatisfactory workmanship. ETGAR has always kept on-schedule deliveries and has never missed a deadline.
